Home-Cook Nasi Lemak

The last time, which was also the first time I prepared Nasi Lemak was approximately 3 years ago, long enough for me to forget about the recipe but not entirely, thank goodness! With what I still remember, I managed to come out with the national dish of Malaysia again!!! And the reason behind all these hassle tussle is because my boi texted me this afternoon saying that he really feels like having Nasi Lemak for dinner tonight. So there we were struggling in the kitchen, preparing few of the key ingredients such as coconut rice, sambal chicken, hard boiled eggs, cucumber, fried anchovies and roasted peanuts. The result? Abso-freakin-lutely tasteh!!!
